Portugal in Tube The Foxtale Melon Gin is a Portuguese fruit gin from Lousã, in central Portugal, flavoured with green melon and honeydew, sold in a small glass tasting tube. One tube is just right for one summery gin and tonic.

Tasting notes

The Foxtale Melon pairs juniper and coriander with green melon and honeydew. It is fruit-forward and smooth, with a melon sweetness that balances the juniper and a light, lasting finish.

Food pairing

Mix it with tonic, mint and lime zest, and serve it with prosciutto and melon, salads or fresh cheese.

About Portugal in Tube
