Orders

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. The contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or if the price shown was clearly wrong; in that case we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include Portuguese VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place the order, through the payment methods offered at checkout.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is described in our shipping policy and returns in our refund policy.

Products

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photos are for illustration; labels and vintages can change between batches. If the vintage matters to you, ask us before ordering.

Responsible drinking

We do not sell alcohol to minors. Please drink in moderation.

Disputes

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If something goes wrong, write to us first and we will try to sort it out. Consumers can also turn to a Portuguese consumer arbitration centre or use the Livro de Reclamações (complaints book).
