Where we ship
We ship from our shop in Graça, Lisbon, to Portugal and to Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel and the United Arab Emirates.
Shipping costs
- Portugal: €5.99 per order, free from €45.
- Other countries: €17 per order.
The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Packing and dispatch
We pack every bottle by hand in protective packaging. Once your order is on its way you get an email with the tracking details. Cheese and charcuterie travel best within Portugal; if you order them for another country, write to us first and we will tell you what makes sense.
Customs and duties
For countries outside the European Union, import duties and taxes on wine and spirits may be charged by the destination country. They are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.
Age
We only sell alcoholic drinks to people aged 18 and over. The carrier may ask for ID on delivery.
Damaged parcel
If a bottle arrives broken or a parcel is damaged, take a photo and write to us at hello@products-of-portugal.com as soon as possible. We will replace the product or refund it.
Prefer to collect?
You can also buy in person at our shop, Rua da Senhora do Monte 38C, Graça, open Sunday to Wednesday 14:00 to 21:00 and Thursday to Saturday 14:00 to 22:00.
