Oh K! Kombucha Ginger is a Portuguese kombucha from Lisbon, brewed by Wild Boost with ginger and lemon. A zesty, lively kombucha for those who like a little bite in their glass.

Tasting notes

Kombucha is tea fermented with a living culture, which turns most of the sugar into a light, tangy freshness and a fine natural sparkle. Ginger brings a warm, spicy kick and lemon a bright citrus lift. The finish is clean and refreshing, with a gentle heat that lingers.

Food pairing

Great with spicy food: a Goan-style curry, grilled prawns with piri-piri, or Asian dishes. It is also a lovely base for an alcohol-free mule.

About Oh K!

Oh K! is a kombucha brand from Lisbon, brewed by Wild Boost in a small factory on the outskirts of the city, under master kombucha maker Renato Braz. The team spent three years fine-tuning the recipes before launching, aiming for a kombucha that stays stable, fresh and full of flavour in the bottle.

• Serve well chilled, at 4-6 °C. Keep it in the fridge and do not shake the bottle before opening.
