Murgas Arinto White

Murgas Arinto White is a Portuguese white wine from the Lisbon wine region, made from Arinto, one of Portugal's great native white grapes. It is a crisp, refreshing white, made for fish, seafood and warm afternoons in Lisbon.

Tasting notes

Arinto is known for its bright, lemony acidity, green apple and citrus notes and a mineral, almost salty finish. Grown near the Atlantic, it keeps a lively freshness and a moderate weight.

Food pairing

Serve it with grilled sardines, amêijoas à Bulhão Pato, a cataplana, salada de polvo or a plate of Portuguese tinned fish.

About Murgas

Murgas is a producer from the Lisbon wine region, the long Atlantic strip of vineyards north of the capital, where cool sea breezes keep the wines fresh and moderate in alcohol.
