Motsi Mini Savoury Brioches

Motsi Mini Savoury Brioches are small savoury brioches made by Motsi, one of the small makers we stock at our shop in Lisbon. Brioche salée, as the French say: the rich, soft bread made for the aperitif rather than for breakfast.

Flavour and texture

Brioche is an enriched dough with butter and eggs, which gives it a soft, tender crumb and a golden crust. Here it is made savoury rather than sweet, in a bite-sized format.

Food pairing

Serve them for an aperitivo with cheese and charcuterie, or warm them lightly. A glass of Vinho Verde or a Bairrada espumante goes beautifully with them.
