I'm Nat Algarve Almonds with Flor de Sal 1 kg is a Portuguese snack of Algarve almonds seasoned with flor de sal, made by I'm Nat and sold here in a large 1 kg bag. This is the size for parties, long aperitifs, a busy bar or a household that empties the small packs too fast.

Flavour and texture

Algarve almonds are roasted and finished with flor de sal, the delicate salt raked by hand in the Algarve salt pans. They are crunchy and toasty, with a buttery, nutty taste and a light, clean saltiness.

Food pairing

Serve them with a glass of chilled white, a dry Port tonic or a fino-style fortified wine, alongside olives, cured ham and cheese. Chop a handful over salads, roast vegetables or grilled fish.

About I'm Nat

I'm Nat is an Algarve food brand founded in 2016 by Miguel Rodrigues, from Faro. It began on a small artisanal scale and now works from Bela Salema, just north of Faro, making nut-based foods with Algarve almonds at the heart of the range.
