Fitapreta White
Pickup currently not available
Fitapreta White is an Alentejo white wine from António Maçanita’s estate, a blend of native grapes: Roupeiro, Rabo de Ovelha, Trincadeira das Pratas, Alicante Branco and Arinto. It shows how fresh the Alentejo can be when old local grapes are picked at the right time. Clean, saline and easy to match with food.
Tasting notes
Expect citrus, white fruit and a herbal touch, with bright acidity from Arinto and a dry, slightly salty finish. Trincadeira das Pratas and Alicante Branco, two rare Alentejo grapes, add texture and length.
Food pairing
Great with grilled fish, clams, shellfish rice, sea bass with herbs or a fresh goat cheese.
