Filipa Pato Dinâmica Bical Arinto White

Filipa Pato Dinâmica Bical Arinto White is a dry Portuguese white wine from Bairrada, made by Filipa Pato and William Wouters from Bical and Arinto grown along biodynamic principles. It is light, fresh and moreish, the bottle to open when you want something lively and honest with dinner.

Tasting notes

Decanter scored the 2021 92 points and described a chalky texture with herbal and nutty notes over fleshy citrus, finishing on salted lemon and hay. That vintage was a light 11.5%.

Food pairing

Try it with grilled sardines, pastéis de bacalhau, a seafood rice, or a plate of fresh cheese with tomatoes.
