Domínio do Açor Encruzado 2022 is a Dão white wine made from Encruzado, the region's signature white grape, with winemaker Luís Lopes. It is a white with substance and freshness from one of the most exciting new names in the Dão, a smart pick if you like textured whites that still feel light.

Tasting notes

Critics describe the estate's Encruzado as supple and juicy, with pear and melon notes. Encruzado from the Dão is known for its fine acidity, a slightly waxy texture and the ability to gain complexity in bottle.

About Domínio do Açor

The estate sits in Oliveira do Conde, in the Dão, with 11 hectares of vines in eight blocks. It is run by a group of Brazilian wine lovers led by sommelier Guilherme Corrêa, with Luís Lopes making the wines.
