Dois Corvos
Dois Corvos Finisterra Imperial Porter
Dois Corvos Finisterra Imperial Porter is a Portuguese craft beer from Lisbon, a strong, dark imperial porter brewed by Dois Corvos in Marvila. It is a beer to sip slowly, on a cool evening or after dinner, the way you would a glass of Port.
Tasting notes
Imperial porters are the big, strong cousins of the classic London porter. They are brewed with plenty of roasted and dark malts, which typically give notes of dark chocolate, coffee, toffee and dried fruit, with a full, warming body and a long, roasty finish.
Food pairing
Serve it with a chocolate mousse, a slice of bolo de chocolate, roasted chestnuts, or a strong cheese such as an aged Serra da Estrela or a blue cheese.
