Dois Corvos
Dois Corvos Disk de Frag New England IPA
Dois Corvos Disk de Frag New England IPA is a Portuguese craft beer from Lisbon, a hazy, juicy New England style IPA brewed by Dois Corvos in Marvila. It is the beer for hop lovers who want fruit more than bitterness, cold from the fridge on a warm Lisbon evening.
Tasting notes
New England IPAs, or NEIPAs, are brewed with oats or wheat and loaded with late hops, which gives a cloudy, golden look and a soft, round body. Expect aromas of tropical fruit, citrus and stone fruit, a creamy texture and a gentle, rather than sharp, bitterness. These beers are best drunk fresh.
Food pairing
Try it with spicy chicken piri-piri, fish tacos, a bifana with mustard, or a plate of mature cheese.
