Conserveira de Lisboa Garfish in Olive Oil
Conserveira de Lisboa Garfish in Olive Oil is a tin of garfish, or peixe agulha, in olive oil, from Conserveira de Lisboa. A less common fish for those who like to discover something new.
Flavour and texture
Peixe agulha, the garfish, is a long, slender fish of the Portuguese coast. It has firm, delicate flesh and a mild taste of the sea, kept moist in olive oil.
Food pairing
Serve on toast with lemon and parsley, with a tomato salad, or with boiled potatoes. Pour a fresh Vinho Verde or an Arinto.
