Bonnat Moka Coffee Chocolate

Bonnat Moka Coffee Chocolate is a French coffee chocolate we stock, made by Bonnat in Voiron, in the French Alps, since 1884. A bar for coffee lovers, to enjoy with the after-lunch bica.

Flavour and texture

Bonnat's Moka pairs chocolate with the roasted, slightly bitter aroma of coffee. Expect a warm, toasty profile and a long, mocha finish.

Food pairing

Naturally, with an espresso. It is also very good with a tawny Port or a glass of Madeira.

About Bonnat

Bonnat is a family chocolate house founded in 1884 by Félix Bonnat in Voiron, in the French Alps, near the Chartreuse mountains. Stéphane Bonnat, the fourth generation, buys cacao directly from growers and makes his chocolate from the bean in Voiron: roasting, grinding and a long conching. It is not Portuguese, and we say so openly. It is a French chocolate we stock because we love it, and it sits very well next to a glass of Port.
