Bonnat Milk Chocolate

Bonnat Milk Chocolate is a French milk chocolate we stock, made from the bean by Bonnat in Voiron, in the French Alps, since 1884. A creamy bar for the whole family, or for anyone who finds dark chocolate too strong.

Flavour and texture

A creamy, smooth milk chocolate with a real cocoa flavour behind the milky, caramel sweetness. It melts slowly and evenly on the tongue.

Food pairing

Serve with a galão or a cappuccino, or with a tawny Port. It is also nice with a few salted almonds.

About Bonnat

Bonnat is a family chocolate house founded in 1884 by Félix Bonnat in Voiron, in the French Alps, near the Chartreuse mountains. Stéphane Bonnat, the fourth generation, buys cacao directly from growers and makes his chocolate from the bean in Voiron: roasting, grinding and a long conching. It is not Portuguese, and we say so openly. It is a French chocolate we stock because we love it, and it sits very well next to a glass of Port.
