Bonnat Côte d'Ivoire 75% Dark Chocolate 100 g is a French single-origin dark chocolate we stock, made by Bonnat in Voiron since 1884, with cacao from Côte d'Ivoire in West Africa. A generous, classic dark bar for everyday pleasure.

Flavour and texture

A 75% dark chocolate made from West African cacao. Expect a bold, round, classic cocoa flavour, with little acidity and a long, warm finish.

Food pairing

Pour a ruby or tawny Port, a Madeira, or a dark roast espresso. It is also good with dried figs and walnuts.

About Bonnat

Bonnat is a family chocolate house founded in 1884 by Félix Bonnat in Voiron, in the French Alps, near the Chartreuse mountains. Stéphane Bonnat, the fourth generation, buys cacao directly from growers and makes his chocolate from the bean in Voiron: roasting, grinding and a long conching. It is not Portuguese, and we say so openly. It is a French chocolate we stock because we love it, and it sits very well next to a glass of Port.
