Apart3 Superavit Light Red

Apart3 Superavit is a light Portuguese red wine, made in a fresh, low-extraction style that you can serve slightly chilled. It is the red for people who usually reach for white: juicy, light on its feet and easy to share.

Tasting notes

Light reds are made with short maceration and gentle extraction, so they stay pale, bright and low in tannin. Expect fresh red fruit such as cherry and redcurrant, a hint of spice, and a crunchy, refreshing finish.

Food pairing

Perfect with petiscos: chouriço assado, bifanas, pica-pau, grilled sardines, or a mushroom and cheese toast.
