Textura Rosé

Textura Rosé is a dry Portuguese rosé wine from the Dão, made by Textura Wines from Jaen, Touriga Nacional and Alfrocheiro, the three classic red grapes of the region. It is a rosé made from serious grapes, with the freshness of the Dão's granite hills, and a good choice when you want pink wine with personality.

Tasting notes

Jaen brings red berries and softness, Touriga Nacional adds floral notes of violet, and Alfrocheiro gives freshness and spice. In a rosé, that usually means a pale, dry wine with red fruit, a floral lift and crisp acidity.

Food pairing

Try it with grilled sardines, a tomato and peach salad, sushi, prawns with piri-piri or a light chicken curry.

About Textura Wines

Textura Wines works in the Dão, a mountainous region of central Portugal protected from the Atlantic by the Serra do Caramulo and the Serra da Estrela. Granite soils and cool nights give the Dão some of the most elegant wines in the country.
