Rocim Nat Cool White 1 L

Rocim Nat Cool White is a natural white wine from the Alentejo, made by Herdade do Rocim and bottled in a 1-litre bottle. Nat Cool is a collaborative series of naturally made, easy-drinking wines with moderate alcohol, all sold in 1-litre bottles. The white is the one to keep in the fridge for long lunches and warm evenings on the terrace.

Tasting notes

The Nat Cool idea is freshness first: low intervention, moderate alcohol and wines that are easy to drink. Expect a light, dry white with fresh fruit, a gentle texture and a clean finish, rather than oak or heavy ripeness.

Food pairing

Great with grilled fish, petiscos such as pica-pau or salada de polvo, a fresh cheese with olive oil, roast chicken, or a summer salad.

About Herdade do Rocim

Herdade do Rocim is a wine estate in the Alentejo that also makes wine in talha, the traditional clay amphora of the region. Its winemakers Catarina Vieira and Pedro Ribeiro also make the Vale da Mata wines in the Lisbon region, from a vineyard owned by the Vieira family for generations.
