Herdade do Rocim
Rocim Nat Cool Fresh From Amphora Red 1 L
Pickup currently not available
Rocim Nat Cool Fresh From Amphora is a natural red wine from the Alentejo, made by Herdade do Rocim in talha, the traditional clay amphora of the region, and bottled in a 1-litre bottle. Nat Cool is a collaborative series of naturally made, easy-drinking wines with moderate alcohol, all sold in 1-litre bottles. This one is the red: juicy, fresh, and made to be poured generously.
Tasting notes
Cherry red in the glass. Expect a floral, herby and fruity nose with red berries, raspberry and cranberry, then a fresh, supple palate with good acidity and a little grip. Moderate in alcohol, it is a red you can drink lightly chilled, even in summer.
Food pairing
Open it with a barbecue, grilled sausages or bifanas, migas alentejanas, pizza, or a board of cured meats and cheese.
