Quinta dos Termos White

Quinta dos Termos White is a dry Portuguese white wine from Beira Interior, the high inland region of central Portugal, blended from Arinto, Fonte Cal and Síria. It is a fresh, light mountain white and one of the easiest bottles on our shelf to say yes to.

Tasting notes

Beira Interior whites are known for freshness from altitude and big swings between day and night temperatures. Síria brings floral and citrus notes, Fonte Cal some body, and Arinto a crisp line of acidity. The 2023 came in at 12.5% alcohol.

Food pairing

Serve it as an aperitif, or with grilled trout, pastéis de bacalhau, a green salad with fresh cheese, or sushi.

About Quinta dos Termos

Quinta dos Termos is a family estate in Beira Interior with its back turned to the Serra da Estrela. Its south-facing slope is sheltered by a mountain to the north, and poor soils naturally keep yields low.

• Serve at 8-10 °C. Keeps 2 to 3 days in the fridge once opened.
