Quinta do Perdigão
Quinta do Perdigão Rosé
Pickup currently not available
Quinta do Perdigão Rosé is a dry Portuguese rosé wine from the Dão, made from organic grapes by a small family estate near Viseu. It is a rosé with real weight and texture, made to go with food rather than just for the terrace.
Tasting notes
Decanter reviewed the 2017 as a weighty, full-bodied dry rosé, unoaked, with firm dark fruit, a ripe edge and fresh acidity. That vintage blended Tinta Roriz, Jaen and Touriga Nacional, typical Dão grapes, and the style stays serious and dry.
Food pairing
Try it with grilled salmon, octopus salad, a tomato rice with prawns, or roast chicken with lemon and garlic.
