Quinta das Bageiras Colheita White is a dry Portuguese white wine from Bairrada, the entry wine of one of the region's most respected family estates. It is the easiest way into the Bageiras style: fresh, precise and unshowy. A bottle that makes a simple Tuesday dinner better.

Tasting notes

Bairrada whites are built on local grapes such as Maria Gomes and Bical, which the estate uses in its white wines. Maria Gomes tends to bring citrus and floral aromas, and Bical adds freshness and a firm line of acidity. Expect a crisp, dry glass with citrus, white fruit and a clean finish.

Food pairing

Pair it with grilled white fish, bacalhau com natas, a seafood rice, or Bairrada's crisp fried chicken.

About Quinta das Bageiras

Mário Sérgio founded Quinta das Bageiras in 1989 with 12 hectares inherited from his grandfather and now farms 28 hectares in Bairrada. Grapes are picked by hand.
