Quinta das Bageiras Bruto Natural Rosé Sparkling

Quinta das Bageiras Bruto Natural Rosé is a Portuguese rosé sparkling wine from Bairrada, made from Baga in the traditional method and bottled with zero dosage. Baga is Bairrada's signature red grape, and as a pale pink sparkling wine it shows its bright, crunchy side. Dry, fresh and great value next to rosé Champagne.

Tasting notes

Baga gives rosé sparkling wines red berry fruit, such as redcurrant and wild strawberry, with brisk acidity. With no sugar added at disgorgement, the wine is completely dry, with fine bubbles and a clean, mouth-watering finish.

Food pairing

Try it with salmon or tuna tartare, prawns, leitão, or a board of presunto, chouriço and fresh cheese.

Mário Sérgio founded Quinta das Bageiras in 1989 and now farms 28 hectares across 10 plots in Bairrada. All of the estate's sparkling wines are made with zero dosage.
