Moscatel de Setúbal is made mainly from Muscat of Alexandria, fortified and then left on its skins for months, which gives it its intense aroma. Typical notes are orange peel, honey, apricot, dried fig and a floral lift, with a rich, sweet texture balanced by freshness.
