Pombo Bravo Brut Sparkling

Pombo Bravo Brut is a Portuguese sparkling wine, a dry espumante in the brut style. Fresh and lively, it is the bottle to keep in the fridge for a toast, a surprise visit or a Sunday lunch that starts with seafood.

Tasting notes

Brut is the classic dry style of sparkling wine, with a small dose of sugar that rounds the acidity without making it sweet. Expect fine bubbles, notes of green apple, citrus and a touch of brioche, and a clean, crisp finish.

Food pairing

Serve it with oysters, prawns, pastéis de bacalhau or Bairrada-style leitão, a famous Portuguese pairing with espumante. It also works with salty snacks and fried food.
