Oh K! Kombucha Ruby is a Portuguese kombucha from Lisbon, brewed by Wild Boost. A bright, lively kombucha for an alcohol-free apéritif.

Tasting notes

Kombucha is tea fermented with a living culture, which turns most of the sugar into a light, tangy freshness and a fine natural sparkle. Ruby is one of the colourful flavours of the range. Ask us at the bar for its exact recipe. Like all Oh K! kombuchas, it is tangy, fresh and lightly sparkling.

Food pairing

Serve it with charcuterie, a cheese board, salads or fruit desserts.

About Oh K!

Oh K! is a kombucha brand from Lisbon, brewed by Wild Boost in a small factory on the outskirts of the city, under master kombucha maker Renato Braz. The team spent three years fine-tuning the recipes before launching, aiming for a kombucha that stays stable, fresh and full of flavour in the bottle.

Good to know

• Serve well chilled, at 4-6 °C. Keep it in the fridge and do not shake the bottle before opening.
