Oh K! Kombucha Pure is a Portuguese kombucha from Lisbon, brewed by Wild Boost with green tea and jasmine. The purest expression of the house, for those who want to taste the tea itself.

Tasting notes

Kombucha is tea fermented with a living culture, which turns most of the sugar into a light, tangy freshness and a fine natural sparkle. Pure is all about green tea and jasmine: a delicate floral scent, a soft tea character and a crisp, tangy finish. It is the most elegant of the range.

Food pairing

Pour it with sushi, a fresh fish ceviche, a salad or a plate of fresh cheese with herbs.

About Oh K!

Oh K! is a kombucha brand from Lisbon, brewed by Wild Boost in a small factory on the outskirts of the city, under master kombucha maker Renato Braz. The team spent three years fine-tuning the recipes before launching, aiming for a kombucha that stays stable, fresh and full of flavour in the bottle.

Good to know

• Serve well chilled, at 4-6 °C. Keep it in the fridge and do not shake the bottle before opening.
• Single bottle.
