Oh K! Kombucha Peachy

Oh K! Kombucha Peachy is a Portuguese organic kombucha from Lisbon, brewed by Wild Boost with peach, green teas from Gorreana and China, jasmine and herbs. A juicy, sunny kombucha for an apéritif without alcohol or a hot afternoon on the terrace.

Tasting notes

Kombucha is tea fermented with a living culture, which turns most of the sugar into a light, tangy freshness and a fine natural sparkle. Peachy is made with organic ingredients: peach pieces, apple, rosehip, white hibiscus, calendula, jasmine and a base of green teas that includes Gorreana tea from the Azores. Expect ripe peach, soft floral notes and a crisp, gently tart finish.

Food pairing

Lovely with a light lunch: a salad with goat's cheese, grilled chicken, sushi or a fruit tart.

Oh K! is a kombucha brand from Lisbon, brewed by Wild Boost in a small factory on the outskirts of the city, under master kombucha maker Renato Braz. The team spent three years fine-tuning the recipes before launching, aiming for a kombucha that stays stable, fresh and full of flavour in the bottle.

Good to know

• Serve well chilled, at 4-6 °C. Keep it in the fridge and do not shake the bottle before opening.
