Oh K! Kombucha Canela

Oh K! Kombucha Canela is a Portuguese kombucha from Lisbon, brewed by Wild Boost and flavoured with cinnamon. A warm, spiced kombucha for cooler days or the end of a meal.

Tasting notes

Kombucha is tea fermented with a living culture, which turns most of the sugar into a light, tangy freshness and a fine natural sparkle. Canela means cinnamon in Portuguese, and that is the star of this bottle: a soft, sweet spice over the tangy freshness of the tea.

Food pairing

Lovely with desserts such as arroz doce, apple cake or a pastel de nata dusted with cinnamon. It also works with roast pork.

About Oh K!

Oh K! is a kombucha brand from Lisbon, brewed by Wild Boost in a small factory on the outskirts of the city, under master kombucha maker Renato Braz. The team spent three years fine-tuning the recipes before launching, aiming for a kombucha that stays stable, fresh and full of flavour in the bottle.

Good to know

• Serve well chilled, at 4-6 °C. Keep it in the fridge and do not shake the bottle before opening.
