Ninfa
Ninfa Pinot Noir Red
Pickup currently not available
Ninfa Pinot Noir is a Portuguese red wine from the Tejo region, north-east of Lisbon, made from 100% Pinot Noir. Pinot Noir is rare in Portugal, and this one is a lovely surprise: light on its feet, fresh and easy to pair, the kind of red you can drink on a warm evening.
Tasting notes
Bright red in colour. Ripe red fruit on the nose with an earthy note, then a refined palate with lively acidity and a savoury touch that the producer compares to duck confit.
Food pairing
Try it with roast duck or arroz de pato, grilled tuna, mushroom risotto or a plate of presunto and soft cheese. Served slightly cool, it also works with grilled salmon.
