Morgado do Quintão
Morgado do Quintão Negra Mole Clarete
Morgado do Quintão Negra Mole Clarete is a light Portuguese red wine from the Algarve, made from Negra Mole grown on old, dry-farmed, organic vines. Pale, fragrant and easy to love, it is the kind of red you can chill a little and drink on a terrace.
Tasting notes
Bright ruby with a magenta rim. Red and black cherry, blackcurrant, lavender, dried herbs and a touch of white pepper. Medium body, lively and fresh, with a gentle rustic edge. Fermented and aged in stainless steel to keep the fruit clear.
Food pairing
Great with carne de porco à alentejana, grilled sardines, cataplana, roast chicken piri-piri or a plate of presunto and olives.
