Luís Pato
Luís Pato Blablablabla
Pickup currently not available
Blablablabla is a Bairrada wine from Luís Pato, one of the best known family producers in Portugal. With a name like that, it is a bottle that starts the conversation on its own, made by a producer who never takes himself too seriously.
Tasting notes
Bairrada lies between the Atlantic and the Buçaco hills, and its cool, damp climate and clay limestone soils give wines with high acidity, freshness and a distinctly Atlantic feel. Ask our team at the bar for their notes on this playful cuvée.
Food pairing
Bairrada wines love the local classics: leitão (roast suckling pig), chanfana, grilled fish, or a plate of Portuguese cheeses.
About Luís Pato
The Pato family farms around 55 hectares of vineyards in Bairrada, planted only with Portuguese grapes: Baga, Touriga Nacional, Maria Gomes, Bical, Cercial and Sercialinho. Luís Pato is a reference name in the region, known for championing Baga and for a creative streak in the cellar.
