Las Vedras Dois Portos 2022

Las Vedras Dois Portos 2022 is a Portuguese wine from the small producer Las Vedras, named after Dois Portos, a village in the hills of Torres Vedras in the Lisboa wine region. A small-batch bottle from an area that is fast becoming one of the most exciting near the capital.

Tasting notes

The Torres Vedras hills sit close to the Atlantic, with cool winds, morning mist and limestone and clay soils. Wines from this corner of Lisboa tend to be fresh, moderate in alcohol and quite saline, with clear fruit rather than heavy oak. Ask us at the shop and we will describe this bottle in detail.

Food pairing

A good match for Lisbon classics: grilled fish, bacalhau à lagareiro, pork with clams, or a board of cured meats and Azeitão cheese.

Las Vedras is a small producer whose wines carry the names of places around Torres Vedras. We also stock its Pero Negro red, named after another village in the area.
