Kompassus Colheita White
Pickup currently not available
Kompassus Colheita White is a dry Portuguese white wine from Bairrada, made by Kompassus in the coastal centre of Portugal. It is a fresh, honest everyday white, the kind you keep in the fridge for a quick dinner or a sunny aperitivo.
Tasting notes
Colheita on a Portuguese label simply means a wine from a single harvest. Bairrada whites, often from grapes such as Bical, Maria Gomes and Arinto, are known for crisp acidity and citrus. Expect a light, fresh white with lemon, green apple and a clean finish.
Food pairing
Try it with fried fish, a tuna salad, chicken with lemon, or a plate of petiscos.
About Kompassus
Kompassus is a Bairrada wine house, in the coastal centre of Portugal between Coimbra and Aveiro. Bairrada's clay-limestone soils and Atlantic climate give wines with natural freshness, and the region is famous for Baga reds and for sparkling wine.
