Kompassus Colheita Red
Pickup currently not available
Kompassus Colheita Red is a Portuguese red wine from Bairrada, made by Kompassus in the coastal centre of Portugal. It is a friendly, fresh red for weeknight meals, with the lively acidity that makes Bairrada reds so good at the table.
Tasting notes
Bairrada's signature red grape is Baga, known for bright acidity, red fruit and firm tannins, often blended with Touriga Nacional and other grapes. Expect red cherry, plum, a touch of spice and a fresh, food-friendly finish.
Food pairing
Open it with leitão (roast suckling pig), grilled pork chops, a feijoada, or a plate of cured meats.
