I'm Nat Algarve Almonds with Flor de Sal

I'm Nat Algarve Almonds with Flor de Sal is a Portuguese snack of Algarve almonds seasoned with flor de sal, made by the Algarve brand I'm Nat. They are the bowl we put out before dinner, when friends arrive and the first bottle is opened.

Flavour and texture

Almonds from the Algarve are roasted and finished with flor de sal, the delicate hand-harvested salt of the region. They are crunchy and toasty, with a buttery, nutty taste and a light, clean saltiness that keeps you reaching back into the bowl.

Food pairing

Serve them with a glass of chilled white, a dry Port tonic or a fino-style fortified wine, alongside olives, cured ham and cheese. They are also good chopped over salads or roasted vegetables.

About I'm Nat

I'm Nat is an Algarve food brand founded in 2016 by Miguel Rodrigues, from Faro. It began on a small artisanal scale and now works from Bela Salema, just north of Faro, making nut-based foods with Algarve almonds at the heart of the range.
