Tasting notes

Hernandez is described as herbal, balsamic and citrusy, with mugwort among its botanicals. At 17% alcohol it is a gentle aperitif, bittersweet and aromatic.

Food pairing

Pour it on ice with an orange slice and an olive, alongside salted almonds, tinned sardines or cured ham. It also works in a negroni or a Manhattan.
