Fraga Alta
Fraga Alta Rosé
Pickup currently not available
Fraga Alta Rosé is a dry Portuguese rosé wine from the Douro valley, made from the region's native red grapes. It is a simple, cheerful bottle for a terrace, a picnic or a weeknight dinner. Chill it, pour it, and let it do its job.
Tasting notes
Douro rosés are usually made from red grapes such as Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz, given a short contact with the skins for colour. The style is fresh and fruity, with red berries, a hint of citrus and a dry finish. Drink it young, while the fruit is at its brightest.
Food pairing
Good with grilled prawns, a salad with fresh cheese, sardines, or a plate of petiscos with presunto and olives.
About Fraga Alta
