Delância Sparkling Rosé with Pomegranate and Rosemary

Delância Pomegranate and Rosemary is a Portuguese sparkling botanical aperitif, a low-alcohol rosé wine spritz made from Alentejo wine and infused with pomegranate and rosemary. It pours pink and lively like a sparkling rosé, but lighter in alcohol, with a herbal twist that makes it more interesting than a simple fruit spritz.

Tasting notes

A delicate fizz, the tart red fruit of pomegranate and a fresh, piney note of rosemary, on a crisp rosé wine base. Light and refreshing, with just enough fruit to feel generous.

Food pairing

Enjoy it as an aperitif with olives and salted almonds, or with grilled halloumi or fresh cheese, tuna tartare, charcuterie, or a red berry dessert. Over ice with a sprig of rosemary, it makes an instant spritz.

About Delância

Delância was created by Portuguese winemakers Tom Simpson and Inès Deroche as a lighter, low-alcohol alternative to sparkling wine. The base wine comes from the Alentejo, and the bottles were designed by the Cornish studio Kingdom & Sparrow.
