Pickup currently not available
Convento dos Cardaes Balsamic Vinegar 250 ml is a balsamic vinegar sold under the label of the Convento dos Cardaes, a 17th-century convent in Príncipe Real, Lisbon. A bottle for the kitchen shelf, ready for salads, cheese and roast vegetables.
Flavour and texture
Balsamic vinegar is dark, glossy and slightly syrupy, with a sweet and sour taste of cooked grape must and a soft, rounded acidity. A few drops are enough to lift a dish.
Food pairing
Drizzle it over tomatoes and mozzarella, roast vegetables, strawberries or a mature cheese. Whisk it with Portuguese olive oil and flor de sal for an easy dressing.
