About Bonnat

Bonnat is a family chocolate maker from Voiron, in the French Alps. Félix Bonnat opened his chocolate roasting workshop there in 1884, and the house is known as a pioneer of bean-to-bar chocolate. It is one of the rare French names among our Portuguese shelves.
