Bonnat Madagascar 75% Dark Chocolate 100 g is a French single-origin dark chocolate we stock, made by Bonnat in Voiron since 1884, with cacao from Madagascar. A bright, fruity dark bar that even milk chocolate fans enjoy.

Flavour and texture

A 75% dark chocolate made from Madagascan cacao, known for its fruitiness. Expect red fruit and citrus notes, a lively, balanced sweetness and a clean finish.

Food pairing

Pair it with a ruby Port, a Moscatel de Setúbal, a light Douro red or a cup of black tea.

About Bonnat

Bonnat is a family chocolate house founded in 1884 by Félix Bonnat in Voiron, in the French Alps, near the Chartreuse mountains. Stéphane Bonnat, the fourth generation, buys cacao directly from growers and makes his chocolate from the bean in Voiron: roasting, grinding and a long conching. It is not Portuguese, and we say so openly. It is a French chocolate we stock because we love it, and it sits very well next to a glass of Port.
