Pickup currently not available
Bonnat Cuba 75% Dark Chocolate 100 g is a French single-origin dark chocolate we stock, made by Bonnat in Voiron since 1884, with cacao from Cuba. A Caribbean origin to taste with something aged in the glass.
Flavour and texture
A 75% dark chocolate made from Cuban cacao. Expect delicate floral notes within a bittersweet cocoa profile, with a smooth, elegant melt.
Food pairing
Try it with an aged rum, a 20 year old tawny Port, a Madeira or an espresso.
About Bonnat
Bonnat is a family chocolate house founded in 1884 by Félix Bonnat in Voiron, in the French Alps, near the Chartreuse mountains. Stéphane Bonnat, the fourth generation, buys cacao directly from growers and makes his chocolate from the bean in Voiron: roasting, grinding and a long conching. It is not Portuguese, and we say so openly. It is a French chocolate we stock because we love it, and it sits very well next to a glass of Port.
