Apimel Multifloral Honey 250 g

Apimel Multifloral Honey 250 g is a Portuguese wildflower honey, gathered by bees from the many flowers of the Portuguese countryside. An everyday honey for breakfast, tea and baking, with a true taste of Portugal's hills.

Flavour and texture

A multifloral honey comes from bees visiting many different blossoms through the season, so each harvest has its own personality. Expect a warm golden colour, a round, honeyed sweetness and gentle floral notes. Like most natural honeys, it may slowly crystallise and become creamy.

Food pairing

On warm toast with salted butter, in a cup of tea, over yogurt and fruit, or brushed on roast carrots and pork. It is also lovely drizzled on a mild sheep's cheese with a glass of tawny Port.

• Store at room temperature, tightly closed. Honey can crystallise naturally: warm the jar gently in a bain-marie to soften it.
