Apart3 Oxydo White

Apart3 Oxydo is a Portuguese white wine from the small Portuguese label Apart3. It is a bottle for a proper dinner, when you want a white with presence that can stand up to richer dishes.

Tasting notes

Ambitious Portuguese whites tend to combine ripe citrus and orchard fruit with a firm acidity and a long, textured finish, and they often open up with a little air. Pour it in a large glass and let it breathe. Ask our team at the bar for the details of the current bottling.

Food pairing

Serve it with roast fish, bacalhau com natas, arroz de marisco, roast chicken with herbs, or aged hard cheeses.

About Apart3

Apart3 is a small Portuguese wine label with a short, playful range of cuvées: Ambar, Monda and Oxydo. We chose its bottles because they show a side of Portuguese wine you rarely find in supermarkets.
