Apart3 Monda White

Apart3 Monda is a Portuguese white wine from the small Portuguese label Apart3. Monda is the Portuguese word for weeding, the patient hand work in the vineyard, and this is a white to open with friends over a long lunch or a plate of seafood.

Tasting notes

Portuguese whites from small producers often show citrus, orchard fruit and a fresh, mineral edge, with more texture than mass-market whites. Ask our team at the bar to describe the current bottling before you choose.

Food pairing

Pour it with grilled fish, amêijoas à Bulhão Pato, octopus salad, a summer salad with goat cheese, or simply olives and tremoços as an aperitif.

About Apart3

Apart3 is a small Portuguese wine label with a short, playful range of cuvées: Ambar, Monda and Oxydo. We chose its bottles because they show a side of Portuguese wine you rarely find in supermarkets.

• Serve at 10-12 °C. Keeps 2 to 3 days in the fridge once opened.
• 75 cl bottle, Portuguese white wine.
