This is a rare bottle from low bush vines grown in sand and limestone, close to the Atlantic.

Tasting notes

Porto Santo whites are known for a salty, flinty character, sharp acidity and a sea-shell minerality, with citrus and floral notes. The name plays on the friendly rivalry between Porto Santo islanders, the “profetas”, and Madeirans, the “villões”.

Good to know

Serve at 10 to 12 °C.
