Stéphane Bonnat, the fourth generation, buys cacao directly from growers and makes his chocolate from the bean in Voiron: roasting, grinding and a long conching. It is not Portuguese, and we say so openly. It is a French chocolate we stock because we love it, and it sits very well next to a glass of Port.

Good to know

Store in a cool, dry place, ideally 16-18 °C, away from the fridge and from strong smells.

100 g bar, 75% cocoa.

A refined gift for chocolate lovers.
